WDCC fundraisers include our large public events as well as our member-focused projects. All raise money for our community giving, and they wouldn’t happen without
the hundreds of volunteer hours from our members.
WDCC Major Fundraising Events
This annually sold-out fundraiser has now raised over $2,000,000 which benefits food pantries and food programs that feed the hungry in Muskegon, upper Ottawa, and lower Oceana counties.
This is our most important fundraiser for the financial support of the WDCC General Fund. Over the past 19 years, we have distributed over $609,669 to those in need in West MI.
This fundraiser is unique in that 100% of net proceeds benefit “select” non-profit organizations.
Parties in the Park is a hugely-popular free outdoor event in Hackley Park throughout the summer. We are blessed to be one of the hosts.
